Hands down the greatest tire repair of my life! Had a flat this morning at 8am and set about changing to the donut. A gentlemen named Jack soon stopped beside us and insisted he aid me. He proceeded to change the tire faster than I could ever hope to and then offered to take the flat to Westcoast Tire where he worked. I thanked him for his generous offer and as we parted ways heard the excited cheers of children in the back seat as he announced, "Hey guys we're fixing a tire!" Fast forward to this afternoon and I swing by to grab the fixed tire. I was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever met at any car service facility and was ushered into the garage for my service. The whole operation took under a minute and soon I was back on the road. I am still astounded by the level of care and consideration I received even as a non-customer and I hope I grow to be half the father that Jack is. You guys will be seeing me again soon!
Great service once again! I have been going to Westcoast Tire for years. Good prices, and even better customer service. From reception to the shop, the staff are always top notch. I went to check out a slow leak in one of my tires. They found a small nail in it, and repaired it quickly and did an assessment on my other tires. Added bonus, it was done at no charge as I purchased my tires from them. Keep doing what your doing Westcoast Tire!!
I've always heard great things about this tire shop, but today I had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand the great customer care they offer. The office and work shop are very clean. You can see staff morale is upbeat and there is a real team spirit amongst the folks. I absolutely recommend this shop for your tire needs!
Just had some new tires installed on my older truck. The West Coast staff were very professional and the tires were installed quickly and efficiently. The truck runs great with the new tires. Thanks for the great job. I will be back and I can recommend WCT to any prospective buyer.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Leaking tire was repaired very quickly, all while we could stay in the car. Total time between first going into the shop to driving away was 30 minutes. I called around 10am, was told it wasn't too busy, so I went in, and there was no wait. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Price was very fair. I'd highly recommend! Made a stressful situation completely stress free!
This place was great. We went there to replace a tire that blew out. They had the exact Aamer size & brand. So, we only needed to buy one tire, since the tread was quite good on all four.
They got it done quick & efficient without any upsell. Really appreciate that.
